	Ice Climber Dies in Colorado Springs
	Thirty-two-year old Reid Hunt has died after falling 170 feet at a popular ice climbing spot near Colorado Springs last January 28. Hunt was standing over the edge of an ice wall and preparing to rappel down when he slipped, according to Steve Perry, public information officer for El Paso County Search and Rescue. 	Bendler, Ice Climbing World Bouldering Champ
	Austrian Markus Bendler has been hailed as the Ice Climbing World Bouldering Champion during the Ice Climbing World Cup at Valle di Daone in Italy. 	Ice Climbers Drawn Back to Mount Hood
	The climbing tragedy last month at Mt. Hood resulting to the fatality of three ice climbers seems to have not decreased the enthusiasm of ice climbers to reach the summit of the 11,237-foot mountain. 	Silos in Jim Budlong's farm near Cedar Falls have not been used since 1986. His friend, University of Northern Iowa (UNI) physical education teacher Don Briggs, has asked him about it and thought about making ice climbing perch out of the silos.
