Bendler, Levarda Win Ice Climbing World Cup

Markus Bendler from Austria and Jenny Lavarda from Italy have won the first stage of the Ice Climbing World Cup last weekend at Valle di Daone, Italy.
Petra Muller from Switzerland and Maria Shabalina from Russia took the second and third places, respectively in the women's category. Rounding up the top three in the men's category are Simon Wandeler from Switzerland and Herbert Klammer from Italy.
The title "Ice Climbing World Bouldering Champions" were given to the winners of the Daone Ice Master.
