The North Face Ice Climbing World Cup Saas-Fee is one of the most important ice climbing events in Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to experience at first-hand top-class competitors and the exuberant atmosphere of the ice climbing scene. Although competition ice climbing is still a very young and trendy sport, Saas-Fee has, nevertheless, already successfully organized many events of this kind. From 2000 to 2007, World Cup competitions were held in Saas-Fee; the first World Championships took place there in 2004 and 2005, and once again, in 2008, Saas-Fee will be the focal point of the international ice climbing scene.
