Kayland Sponsors Chicks with Picks Clinics

HAMPTON, NH – Kayland, an Italian manufacturer of high performance mountaineering, backpacking, hiking and multi-sport footwear, announces its sponsorship of Chicks with Picks, a women’s ice climbing instruction group that promotes self-reliance while helping women in need find safe shelter.

The theme of all Chicks with Picks clinics is “Women Climbing with Women for Women.” Clinic participants not only experience the thrill of learning an amazing technical skill, but also the joy of giving back by attending a fundraiser for women’s shelters after a day on the ice.
